I show you how to get photos from your video using imovie and Final Cut Pro 6.

It is a very simple process once you know how and provides plenty of opportunity to capture great family shots for your album or promotional pics for your short film or YouTube video. It even allows you to use still frames for your video editing that you can include in your movies timeline.
