Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair says, in determining whether to try the Christmas Day underpants bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in a military tribunal or a civilian court he did not consult the high-value interrogation group that was specifically designed to consult on such a decision. He says that was a mistake, and in his words, "DUH!"

  • Lord help us!

  • Obama has admitted that the "system" failed. Attention Mr. Obama, YOU ARE THE SYSTEM. The taxpayers are sick of your bullshit rhetoric. You sound like a well-spoken version of Jorge Bush. The American Sheeple are starting to realize that they were mind-raped once again by the criminal politicians. Of course, when you are addicted to porn, video games, and cable television it is easy to become docile to the authority figures in the government-media complex.

  • Even Napalitano is looking down at her hands. "I can't believe this guy is on the team!!!"

  • 100% right

  • lala land thats where those live

  • Stupifying isn't it?

The director of our safety or the terrorists?

  • "DUH"? Answer the question, yes or no.

Mr. Blair, you only get one chance when dealing with terrorism.

And that was yours, you are fired!

What a friggen joke this administration has turned out to be. And OUR lives are at rish, because of it.

You "were thinking of overseas people"? Didn't this guy just come from overseas?

Damn, this guy is just dumb.

  • Unbelievable!

What's worse, that this happened or that the media is ignoring it?

  • Well it is my opinion that if all those people paid to make those decisions had come back from vacation maybe these mistakes would have not happened. In any case the State or US Attorney who made the decision to read this terrorist "Our Rights" as US citizens, should put his resume to good use and start looking for a new job. Someone made the decision and needs to stand-up for betraying the US people.

  • @sweetcerise : He's the only one who can help us!

  • @oilhammer04 : Exactly, now they have to alert the enemy that they're on their way regarding house searches and such. It's mind-boggling and stupendous!
