  • @cavtherav -Thanks! I know there is a lot that was left out, but I'm glad you got something from it!

  • Thanks everyone for the feedback. We'll be working on an update to this video, so please continue to let us know your feedback and input.

  • OK, step one, turn your board on before your amps. That way no pops. You don't know that. Can't help ya.

  • We were hooked up to powered speakers, but thanks for the observation.

  • Good video I guess... The music put me to sleep... but I'm also drunk so... keep up the good work...

  • when i say depth, it has been proven to be by an experienced sound technician who has over 30 years experience (more than you0 that by putting the cd player through 2 channels you don't have to turn the channels up to get lots of sound up as you are running 2 channels that are being mixed into both the L and R outputs. and my depth i mean volume don't criticise me for using depth in volume.

  • @bo0tsy1 i know that, exactly what i wrote in the comment but alot simpeler

  • @desertcrash All boards pop, at least NON powered boards, when you said this. They are sending a powered mixer to a powered speaker. no good came come from that.

  • @TrowbridgeHardcore In this all in one package you SHOULD connect your speakers AFTER powerup. Mixer first, speaker last since it's the end of the signal chain. On power off, speakers first, mixer last. Same theory. The amp, in a full blown pa rig act as a stop gap. Amps get powered off first, otherwise the POP of the console causes issues with your Horn, Tweets, or ANY HF driver.
