This game is totally insane but I do enjoy it.

I think you have to kill a certain amount of ninja's per area to progress, 10 or 20 from fuzzy memories. Crappy game really, didn't even warrant a re-release on the Hit Squad budget label unlike all the other Imagine (Ocean) games.

This game just needed tighter game design.. and it would be great. .. I think the graphics and sound are impressive - and the way you can jump around throwing ninja stars from all directions is cool.

hahah, making a handbag out of the croc and selling it lol, nice. Yeah, these Legend of Kage games are very wild. Interesting enough but `Kage` in Japanese pronunciation is `Ka Gay` and it means `Shadow`. Just thought Id share that with you for fun :) You were flying around everywhere for sure!

You gave this game a lot more time than I ever did. I played it for like 5 minutes on NES emulator and deleted it because I just couldn't get into it!! red Riding Hood Ninja fury! LOL!
The NES version is far superior. Also I was always told it was pronounced kah-gay but maybe I was told wrong.

Finally a game on the Amstrad were the colour choices are a little better, but the gameplay physics are terrible!
I am sure it should be possible to have much better games on these systems, they are perfectly capable. I think they may have suffered from trying to do things in house too much, and not letting the game studios produce titles - more margin that way (Sugar anyone :)).

@electricadventures For all that it looks just plain wrong, it's actually a lot of fun to play, in an odd kind of way :)
