Heres a cool experiment for the lucid dreamers out there-

Once you wake in a dream and become aware that you are dreaming(lucid dreaming), find a mirror and look at your reflection. I believe doing this shows you your true self. Then move your hand around and wave it in front of your face and see if the reflection mirrors it. i have had some pretty cool results doing this. Then what I ike to do Is imagine the mirror is made out of water,walk thru it and see what happens.

The main difference I find while flying in obe opposed to lucid dreams. Is having COMPLETE control, during lucidity I sometimes find It difficult to control staying airborne or flying past a certain height, Sometimes I am only able float a few feet off the ground. They both feel amazing tho, especially during obe. I can actually feel the cool air and breeze around my body. Once you seperate from your 'physical sel'f, the feeling is amazing, its pure bliss and FREEDOM.
