  • Sure is troll in here.

  • @Jofrisper i bet most the guys who join the armed forces and got out are living better lives than you. so just shut the fuck up and mind your own business. i didnt know people could get so mad over what other people they dont even know do.

  • @lmg800 I don't give a fuck what their mindset is. Neither do the people that make the big calls. They still serve as a tool, and they always will. From the greatest patriot to the lowest criminal scum that signs up. Buy hey man, it's their lives. If you are retarded enough to join the troops and be a fucking pawn, you deserve to get your face blown off.

  • @Jofrisper get out of here lol. i doubt not even half of em fall for that shit. most of them join just to fuck shit up or other reason. i doubt any of them are going to say "ahhh yes time to go and die for corrupt politicians!" so stfu

  • @eiennofantasy it should have been a movie

  • @Penumbra505

It's all good. We all make mistakes, and that one was perfectly understandable.

  • @ROGUEDETAIL you are correct, I oversimplified for the purpose of explanation. Any sudden "burst" of high intensity light in the high spectrum, car lights ain't that. Good call, tango down.

  • @Penumbra505

At the distance the hostile was at the flash emitted from the muzzle of the AK-47 wouldn't be as bright as it would at closer proximity's. However, you are correct in that had that muzzle flash been closer his NVG scope would have shorted out. There are some minor problems in your statement though. You said "any" light in the visible spectrum would short out the NVG's. That is incorrect, I know for a fact that headlights from a car would not short it out.

  • @ROGUEDETAIL More specifically, the light tubes within the NVGs cause infrared light to "flourese" in the visible spectrum, so any light in the visible spectrum has faaar more more energy and gets "accelerated" far beyond useful, in generation III NVGS (theirs) too much will actually short out the things for a half second.

  • @FIDsmoggydrizzle

First of all, you are fucking idiot. If you had and sense what so ever you would know that this series is amazing, and is one of the best retellings of the opening days of the Iraq war there is.

Second, NVG's operate by allowing you to see the invisible light spectrum. So, any flash of light that you might not normally catch (i.e muzzle flashes) would stick out like a mother fucker while using NVG's. It's kinda like how flash lights are twice as bright when wearing NVG's.
