@bartboucher - when the power goes out it will still work (open/close) as a normal drawer

India has the dot, we have the servo drive.. LOL.

$100+ per drawer, nice but no thanks

neat, but what happens when the power goes out?

It looks like a very cool product for the gizmo people. The Jones will have to have it , if the next door neighbor has it. Got to love it. I have many customers like that. good for me. The guy in the video is truly a douche. Especially when he wipes his nose with his hand and continues to keep cooking.. Reminds me of Woffgang Puck on HSN . He was cooking and wiping his nose with millions of people watching. A bit off subject , but get another actor in this U-tube.

@brianwong73 Appreciate the info!
Does anybody know how much noise they actually make in operation? Thanks to the cheesy music, you don't get a sense for what this is really like...

@mjkobb Its silent. No more noise then a normal drawer.

@brianwong73 Thanks! That's interesting, because I did finally find a few videos showing them in action, and it seemed like there's a slight noise when the mechanism pushes the drawers out, but it was certainly very slight.
I'm guessing you have them installed by now. Are you happy with them? Any problems?

@mjkobb No problems at all but I think the maid is getting more use out of them than I am. So I probably didn't really need them. But its a great invention.

I just tested it out at their showroom. Pretty amazing technology. I "servo-drive" unit can open up to 50 drawers! Of course, I don't have that many!! haha. I'll put up a video once it's installed in my kitchen!
