Very first sound i everheard when i was a little kid,my dad was a huge fan of this band, make me feel nostalgic
-
I was aware that Alan Parsons worked as a sound technician for the Beatles on the Abbey Road album and for Pink Floyd on Dark Side of the Moon album way back in the late 70s and that prompted me to listen to this piece which was one of their earliest tracks

@801lilbebbo you should not be looking in places that really suck --- it is available on Amazon -- you owe me seven seconds for the time I spent looking for you

Hey 'Horus' imagery worked for Mr Parsons( besides a wealth of talent he has) but it never worked for myself or my former band......hmmmmm
Isn't the 'all seeing eye' supposed to make you successful.............?
LOL :)

This amazing intro gives me intense shivers. Alan Parsons is such a genius, brilliant musician ,producer and songwriter. Much ADMIRATION for the man.

@strombakl Me too. A lot of parental nostalgia, but also, this music is amazing. It is not nostalgia alone. For myself, the three desert island discs of what someone more categorical might call psychedelic rock: Pink Floyd's Meddle, A.P. Pyramid and A.P. I Robot.

Total musical brilliance, no other way to describe this spine tingling incredible piece of music!

@801lilbebbo 'Pyramid' is out of print, but there are plenty of available copies out there. Amazon has it new and used plus I saw it on other sites as well :)
