  • is that geometric series? should it be 500*(1.08/0.08) *(1-1/1.08^10)? did he miss additional multiplication by 1.08?

  • @universanjar The video is correct, that is it should be 500*(1/0.08) *(1-1/1.08^10). The reason is that the first cash is received one year from today (maybe that is not clear from the video).

  • first question you should have 440.195 ==== 440.20 and not (440.16)
