oh my bad i didnt see the comments below me 12/13 inch arms then having 16 inch arms in 7 months is incredible! it probably was muscle memory though, but still thats great!!!

@GeorgeDrumm am not bullshitting i've been training since 2009 on and off then i had a car crash and lost loads of weight due to medication. So now am back on my feet again and it only took me 7months to get back into shape with constant training everyday, one day miss aday and doin drop sets. u can believe what u like, but thts the truth

your bullshitting mate...so u went from normal 12.5" to 16" in 7 months...lol, with roids yea, so in another 7 months your gonna be 19?, then 21 in another 10?, so that would be 8.5" on your arms in 1.5 years...lol, so a pro in 1.5 years yea sure u gained that much.

When you said your arms were 16.2, im assuming this was tensed? Great progress as well man.
just to let everyone know, no steroids where involved, when u train u get a pump and i work in 9/12 sets and in reps of 6. Everyone thanks for the good comments and to the haters, well its only your opinion and everyone has one. i do not disslike ur comments but please read before you judge.

@Saeedsfitnessguide i do dynamics and usin my own body weight ussing a pull-up bar for lats and i train do drop sets and usin tenstion bands after every work out to get the pup and the get ever drop of energy out of my muscles till they burn

What were your measurements before and after? 16" arms is what I'm shooting for at this point...

@Jarocho2003 i used to be 16inch back in 2009 before i had a car crash and everything went down hill, but before i got back into training again i was in-between 12/13inch..just keep doin isolation arm work outs and hammer curls and ur arms shoot up and after every work out use a tention band to burn every last drop of energy out ur muscles
