i do the kettlebell workout and when your doing your swings and you went 2 turn 2 show it from a side view don't stop in the middle of a swing because if you pull something in your back your going 2 feel it and it's gonna hurt for a while!! not trying 2 diss your video but just looking out 4 you. also when your doing you 1 handed swing use your free hand and swing it as you swing the kettlebell it may give you a little extra umph it helps some doesn't other just a few tips i find helpfull!!!!

that's not bad for "hard style"... but it uses way too much tension... crap for endurance training. for endurance.... refer to American Kettlebell Club/World Kettlebell Club and those affiliated with them for good swing form.

Bench dont do shit for functional fitness. Ever push a bar away from yourself while laying down!!! I dont know anyone who has. Bench is for hypertrouphy.

I can see it would be good ballistic/power training but that demo looks terrible no control too jerky

dummbells don't have the same weight distribution. certain exercises don't go as well with them, others do.
