@heavenwithin81 They are all mine (D3100 replaced D60 for me). These are the tools that I work with and I do not buy new cameras/equipment unless they are a good investment for my work. In short, you lost the bet. ;)

Hi i have a sony @ 290 with standerd kit lens i was wondering what you could reccomend as a nice reasonably priced telephoto lens? many thanks

I got the feeling it was a lot easier to make good pictures in the analog era when I look at these camera's with loads of buttons :P

I would never hand my camera to a stranger, especially in Italy or Greece. Too risky. Pickpockets hang around the monuments asking to do this for you, only to walk or run off with your camera.
