This is a love song. Yeah! :) I am going to say this once again you have the heart of a Spanard, Now or Never. Are you Spanish and you do not know it? L.O.L. This was incredible. WELL DONE ALL OF YOU.:)

@ghgrrl38 I would say that this particular piece falls more into the category of "New Music" than classical. I would say that Josh Groban is the first truly mainstream person to do new music. But it's certainly a powerful song, really capturing that awkwardness of breaking up, something not often sung about, really creative.

all i can say is...i'd prefer to listen to Josh Groban's unique type of music, that is a mixture of classical and pop sometimes a little jazzy and rock feeling, over any other type of music. Because personaly i think he has one of the best voices i have every heard.
..........also he's sexy and i'd like to do him ;)

I'm glad he actually mentioned his collaborating with Imogen Heap on this song... beautiful.

His voice is such a gift!

I'm not saying that I only like pop music, but I think it's important that you have to listen to music with an open heart, putting away the prejudice.
-
but isn't that just because you don't have an understanding of the pop-genre? Like some people don't like jazz and classical music. We all percieve music differently, and one genre or song isn't more superiour than another. To say that josh groban is a joke is a bit snobbish to me. At least it's not very nuanced. Music is about telling a story or convey a feeling, and I think a simple well-constructed pop-song is able to do that as well as what you know as "proper music".

If you ever listened to Awake, since you're a Josh fan (which is hadrly believable), you'll see that it is experimental, ethnic and different to his other records, which were choc full of soppy love ballads. When you insult a record that has Ladysmith Black Mambazo and Herbie Hancock on it, you don't come across as a musical expert but more as a 16-year-old still waiting for puberty (which is probably what you are). And don't you dare use the word "gay" so flippantly. Try being more mature.
-
I just don't think that you can define "good" music only as some extraordinary talent that's been through a long and difficult process. And it doesn't really make sence to me to differentiate between wine and coke when it comes to music. Have to get one thing clear though: Do you think that all pop music is rubbish?
He has a great voice. I like his music because its different from what i usually lusten to, (rock-opera-alternative)
Absolutely great voice
