@jerabekj its sensorless velineon, it is completely water proof, i had to put new bearings in the motor after about 20 packs, but other than that it holds up good to the mud & water

Hi, is it sensored or unsensored motor? Unsensored have usually no problem with water, but have really bad slow speed controll ... kinda choppy movement at slow speeds. Sensored on the other hand cannot go under water. I am thinking about brushless for my Axial Honcho, but I often sink it under water ... what do you think?
it handles the water no ploblem, the mud is hard on the 2 bearings in the motor had to replace them but i got a lot of run time out of them

the tranny has a steel idle & steel 1 piece diff gear, the velineon is the way to go they handle 3s lipos, and more power than u will ever need i had this motor on a funny car dragster kit it was way to much power on 2s the battery lasted longer than the tires did
