I personally feel passion is one of those currencies that we are truly missing out on, most of it is because if we are really true to task we do not leap out of bed in the morning singing "I'm going to work today"

As I say when I work with senior leaders, great leaders are value-based, they have strong and non-negotiable traits such as integrity, humility & authenticity, as well as the intelligence and vision to inspire. For example, Bush has none of these characteristics, which goes some way to explaining why he is the most hated leader in american history, a trend shared by the rest of the world. This is wonderful Patrick - thankyou.
