  • Nice saw. Does anyone know if it will fit the Festool fence?

  • @markjtapply Don't think it does, I think the Dewalt plunge saw does though

  • Thank you for sharing this very informative video. Looks like a really useful saw and much probably much safer than a table saw. Oh, and your accent reminds me of Paul McCartney :-) Are you from Liverpool?

  • @djpoints Ray from Makita who did most of the talking on this video is from the Milton Keynes area. Not sure if thats where he's from originally though. I can hear where you get the resemblance to Paul McArtney though LOL.

  • I have this saw. It is great. I like it.

  • Glad to hear you like the saw, it has some unique features such as the ability to do negative angles and up to 48 degrees as well

  • Можно ли этим инструментом резать ламинированное ДСП? и какое тогда будет качество резки?

  • @markjtapply

It does. Festool an Makita use the same rail.

  • @markjtapply Festool and Makita tracks will work on both saws.. however, i don't think you can extend / attach the rails from one with a rail from the other. To my knowledge Dewalt isn't compatible with either. Try visiting Amazon.com and read the feedback that owners of each have posted.

  • yes, this is also very handy, but I appreciate the function of 2mm scoring cut more :-) ,because I cut particle boards and lamino most of all and this function makes the cut razor sharp :-)
