Wabash Nature Trail Southwest Iowa.mov

I've combined aerial photography with a time lapse painting(commissioned by Kohll's Pharmacy in Malvern) to help promote the Wabash Trace. The old railroad bed was converted into a nature trail by volunteers over twenty years ago. More recently, communities are gaining traffic from Taco Rides during the summer months along with other activities. The trail system ultimately connects to the pedestrian bridge in Downtown Omaha while crossing the Missouri border in the opposite direction. The Wabash Trace reflects Iowa's natural beauty while giving the Omaha Metro area a quick escape to the country. It also provides many rural towns a more progressive option for needed traffic.
