Most of this was filmed a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. My friends and I were walking through the whole town and saw stuff like this all over. I don't know if this is a yearly thing though. We were actually there for a classic car show, but it turns out that the real show was in the streets :)

Im in the Police Dept. Rule one the officer can't park in the middle of the street in a turning lane other than a emergency. Ppl have the right to stand on the sidewalk. you Don;t have to be moving around. The officer broke several other rules. IM a muscle car fan and I only saw a few thing that broke the law, but nothing I would be a bitch about
