  • You are an amazing instructor! You keep smiling the whole way through and you let us know that it hurts you too, not just us. I love the way you give little motivational lines during it too, makes me keep going sometimes when I'm about to give in. I particularly like this exercise routine because it's not too challenging for beginners and the moves are all really simple but they actually work! I've been doing this work out for three days and I've already noticed some differences! You're great!

  • I just found this work-out tho I've done your Butt Blaster many times. This one is a new fave, I love it! I did it twice today, I'll do it twice everytime I workout :D
