Yeah, aneamia is really common in teenage girls. It's an iron deficiency, and iron is in blood, so when you start your periods your iron levels become imbalanced. a lot of girls have it but don't even realise because it doesn't affect them very much. It's really not very serious so long as you eat healthy and get lots of sleep. The only time its serious is if it's a symptom of something else. Really don't worry about it XD.

ah, i haven't got it ver bad, or at least not as bad as it was. A lot og teenage girls get it around puberty but mine was worse because i was doing a lot of sport and not eating enough. I manage it with diet and multivitamin tablets. doc said i'll grow out of it in a couple of years.
