@Sciencenaturelove please site your studies. Tasers are 30+ years old. also without knowing why they were even arresting him it's impossible to say weather it was an unlawful arres or not. My main point is this. I have been tased by both types of tasers. The dart and by the contact one. it's highly unlikely that any death is due to the taser itself. Now injuries from falls are another story. Send me a link to the miscarriage by the taser since a deep shock by taser is phsically impossible.

@cvire1971 Your legally allowed to resist an unlawful arrest. Police officers have limited jurisdictions, they are not lawyers. So he would had to have broken some law that the officers witnessed before his arrest. According to the Use of taser by law enforcement agencies: guidelines and recommendations.Police officers should use tasers in replacement to lethal force due to not enough studies of the effects of tasers. Miscarriages and plenty of deaths by tasers is enough proof of the side effect

as messedup as this is it's not brutal by any means. he was resisting. why should they wrestle with him? you want brutal go ask the protestors in syria how thats going for them?
