@MART1EBO1 not necessarily, however in my year of working i've recieved 4 shocks, 2 were through not paying enough attention to what i was doing, the other 2 through testing a welding unit and a UV lamp as they were giving off shocks and i had to be sure that they no longer wern't, it's not so much as a painful feeling though, it's more like pins and needles on a higher scale, still isn't very pleasant though, also my apprenticeship is 4 years long
Here in Sweden it is pretty good money to work as an electrician. Im just curios what is the monthly wage for a full paid electrician in the states after taxes?

@taccognaman I'm afraid not, it can be risky to confuse the color of the wire and can cause serious injury or even worse death.
