guys can somebody tell me exactly wut is the exact notation's for this bnb?

how can u after a Low punch jab summon the stand and then jab with the stand?? not working for me :S the only thing i can do(which is so not releated) qcf+S to summon stand with this punch instantly. so seriously how can u jab without stand and then summon stand into stand jab punchs that quick and chain it in a combo :S?

please help if u can
