Part of the problem may be your sample size. The Marlins have a very good team, but their park is not one of the better places to get into a game. Their fanbase is, to say the least, nonexistent (unless they are in the World Series). I think that if you had the chance to experience baseball in the Midwest or Northeast, your perception may change.
