The webcam uses lasers to track moving objects and follows the object using a computer controlled stepper motor.

very awsome but semi usless unless ur doing some sort of show on webcam :D with increased power ect it could be a military weapon with couple weapons haha :D

That's kinda creepy. It's like a Terminator keeping it's laser guns trained on its target. Very cool.

They are being used for tracking the trailing edge of the moving objects
