  • I cant figure this out. This cat got really sick and then I took her to animal ER and they rehydrated her and diagnosed her with pancritis. Took her home and about a week later she was vomitin but not as much. I took her to the vet again and they ruled out pancritis. I put her on a wet only restricted calorie diet and she seems fine with that. But my question is every time I try to reintroduce her to dry food she starts vomiting again. Yes there any explanation for that.
