this is a valve-sparing aortic root replacement. Heart surgery. CRAZY. It's amazing how surgeons can handle those tiny tools on human flesh so easily.

Really excellent video- very clear, especially the re-implantation procedure itself and the attachment of the coronary buttons. Shame there was no commentary, though presumably it would have been in French. Also interesting to see the sernum wires being attached at the end- usually missed out on such videos.
