In my opinion so-called "permanent storage" is a misnomer phrase and marketing spin. Not your fault, of course, that's the sell in computer literature. In truth, and I think you have suggested this too, storage is never permanent. The ravages of time and risk of accident cancel out the concept of permanent storage. I prefer to use the term temporary storage which is less misleading. Thank you, Jim, for taking the time to share your advisement and suggestions. I enjoyed your presentation.
