Lelouch is approached by black woman that seems to be speaking in a vulgar offending manner. Lelouch then uses his Uchihax powers to dodge the bullets shot at him by the Nightmare. Afterwards, Suzaku was somehow revived by Lloyd and Cecile, though in being revived, Suzaku is awarded a Nirvash powered by the Amita Drive to perform many tricks and haxes and enabling Suzaku to fully use his Spinzaku abilities. Suzaku then encounters Lelouch without knowing it's him, and he awaits a surprise from the Uchihax.

It's called the Spinzaku. It was a Code Geass meme, after Suzaku keeps overusing the attack throughout the whole series.

So it's basically a Code Geass joke similar to Nina and the table. It's widely used. ;D
