Back in 1996, filmmaker Robert Meyer Burnett was a frequent guest on the Sci-Fi Channel's weekly show SF VORTEX, hosted by Blind Date's Roger Lodge. The last half of each half hour show was a panel discussion called THE WAR ROOM, where various genre celebs debated issues of the day. Here's part one of a discussion of SPAWN with future EUREKA screenwriter ERIC WALLACE and FRANKENFISH director Mark Dippe. It was also one of the first weekly series to make use of a virtual set.
Eric Wallace! He's writing DC Comics "Titans" (aka Deathstroke's Titans, as I like to call it). One of my favorite titles right now.
