Time to make a hose clamp for my Case 580 SE Backhoe. Yeah, I could order one from the dealer, but that would suck all the fun out of owning an older machine. I mean, it would almost make fixing her up pointless.

Time to fire up the foundry again. Really, I was looking for an excuse to melt some metal!

  • @amaedesign awsome dude shit you should start doing side jobs with your skills hell it could turn into buisness

  • @welderman27 Like a lot of guys who share their hobby on YouTube, I work in a somewhat unrelated industry. During the day, I wear the hat of Principal Mechanical Engineer - I design consumer electronics. I love making things with my hands, so melting metal is a fun way to get away from designing things on the computer.

  • @IanRobot The fire you see when he pours it is the foam burning.

  • Why does it light stuff on fire when you pour it? Is it just impurities?

  • curious to know from watching a couple of your videos here what do you do for a living?
