  • Surprised by Joy!

  • @dimphil Jesus is a many faceted entity of immeasurable depth, tenderness, wrath, wisdom, life, death, the here, the now and the beyond. An early founder of existentialism - a peace bringer who claimed he came not to bring peace, but a sword. To set brother against brother, mother against daughter etc etc ... The petty-minded, the trivial, the vicious and the lukewarm, claim him for their own. 'Do not judge that ye be not judged'.

  • w o w, when did this come out?

  • @dimphil i know -- she's good in bed, a wonderful conversationalist and has the wickedest sense of humor :3

  • Existentialism is the opiate of the masses. Jesus on the other hand is the best friend of mankind. Believe it and enjoy eternal life reject Him and burn in Hell.

  • Thank you very much for posting this. Ever since reading "The Occult" and "Beyond the Occult" in my early teens, it sparked a lifelong interest in the Occult, Eastern Philosophy, and Existentialism, which gave me a deeper appreciation and "new eyes" in which to view the world and this plane of existence. This man is a treasure-chest of precious gems of information. Thank you Colin Wilson.

  • Thank you so much for posting this, I'll have to look for the CD. I heard Colin Wilson speak in person in the Los Angeles area around the mid 80's at the Phoenix Bookstore. His Existential Psychology has influenced me greatly. The Outsider books and his book on Abraham Maslow are wonderful.
