I love the technique. I, for one, love to hear you talk. Where did you go on this third one? It was the most difficult and would love to hear you do the whole thing in slow motion. Some of us are new and love doing the techniques with you. You are a great teacher. Never forget that. You do not need to hurry. You have a full 15 minutes and most of us could listen to you the whole 15 minutes because you plenty to teach us. If anyone thinks differently, let them fast forward.
