why would any1 be against legalizing weed? high people still function! they don't beat their kids, they don't fight in general because they are relaxed and are having a good time. Hell, you could even go to work and do just fine while high. unlike alcohol.

People are going to use marijuana whether it's legal or not. It's the biggest cash crop in the state of California. The only question is who do you want regulating it: the government or career criminals?

America's laws on marijuana don't work because they are unfair. People simply choose to ignore the law as the government chooses to ignore their rights. Regulating and taxing this multi-billion dollar industry would make America a safer place and put a dent in our economy problem.
