MONDON designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of machines for unwinding, rewinding or converting flexible webs.

In order to meet your specific needs, MONDON proposes soundproofed punching machines, to process plastic films as well as paper, non woven, composites or polythene foams.

These machines allows in line, in fives or free perforations.

Completely conform to the European laws; these machines are equipped with sound-proofed covers to lower the noise level to 80 dB, while maintaining the blocks punches cooling.

The discs are drained through an aspiration system.

According to the model of punching machine, the material and the needs, these machines can perforate from 4 to 80 mm diameter, with a maximum speed of 20 strokes / second (the linear speed reaches 150m/min) on a web width up to 4 meters, with 48 tools in simultaneous perforation.

These performances are possible thanks to the technologies developed by MONDON:

 A synchronizer controls the electromagnet incorporated in the block punch. The perfectly mastered punching strength guarantees the quality and the high degree of accuracy of the perforation whatever the punching rate.

 The control and the automatisms of the punching machine make possible to program independently each punch according to several modes:

o The "frequency mode" defines a punching fixed frequency ranging between 1 and 20 hertz.
o The "length mode" defines a length between 2 punches, ranging between 3 and 999 mm.
o The "synchro mode": derived from the "length mode", allows synchronizing the punching according to the film printing.
o The "free mode" will allow defining the order and the punching rate, with a great flexibility for programming.

Moreover, this diversity of programming is supplemented by the great facility of the mechanical adjustments at the time of changing.

According to the perforations to be realized, MONDON proposes a wide range of punches and dies, with profiles perfectly adapted to the thickness and the type of materials in order to limit the wear of the parts while bringing a great quality to the perforation.

The replacement of the blocks is fast. The graduated rulers on the higher and lower slides allow the easy alignment of the blocks punches and the blocks dies.

The photocell is also adjustable to adapt to the web printing at the time of working in "synchro mode" or "free mode".
