  • Clearly, the man knows his stuff. His foot work and body lines while deeper than one might see elsewhere are perfectly in balance and his movements flow without being rushed. Beautiful.

    Nicely done.

  • LOL Dr Paul Lam had personal by the creator of this form as displayed. This teaching DVD is part of a series that is highly regarded for assistance in learning the Tai Chi routines.

  • better to buy Chen sitan taijiJain42....don't waste money on unknown non Chinese masters or laozhi...seeing is knwing who's is doing it right and accurate!!

  • Mnay "movements/"thong chor" are not accurately done.May caused discomfort or pain to your knees, ankles etc., laetr or sooner. He looks like a" novice" in many of his movements.U see more experienced China masters vcds then , u may know the answers yurself.

  • Better to buy a VCD from a well known Chinese master e.g. Chen Sitan Yang zhi 42 Jian (sword). Not from anyone. All the "thong choh" may be inaccurate or wrong movements.

  • interesting thanx for upload :D
