the guy in the bsr shop( r6 head) said you not.
i agree with him.
a lack of maintenance make a vehicle unreliable.
if you port a head the only result will be a better efficience and more hp
if you go too deep you can go to a water channel ....
the thing is to do it right :
to match the gaskets and to create a smooth and direct passage to the combustion chamber without turbulences and loose of air speed.

That's a Foredom flex-shaft grinder or a clone of one. It's like a high-powered Dremel.

you can use a dremel, they work great.
