Frank shows good form with Knee Raises at Snap Fitness 24-7 in Marlton, NJ. We only use ab straps because Frank has arthritis in his hands which limits his grip strength. If you cannot do this exercise without swinging, be sure to perfect your form on a knee raise with support first (see my video). It is also essential that you do not rush through the exercise, defeating the purpose of stabilizing for the full amount of time.
