Summer BB Round 1 - Effects [Results Up]

Results are up. Normally the first round of any BBT gets a bunch of defaults and this was no exception. Only difference is that all the defaults were in the SAME pairings so I'm missing a few winners. I adjusted the brackets so the six winners and two highest losers move on. (defaults got deleted)
