River Valley High School's choir

The RV Chorale, River Valley High School's choir, held a concert on the 3rd of December. The concert is titled Les Choristes and featured the following repertoire of spirituals and sacred music in the first part of the concert: [Composer/Arranger] | Title | 1[bob chilcott] | All My Trials | 2[steve barnett] | Joshua Fit The Battle Of Jericho | 3[javier busto] | Pater Noster | 4[urmas sisask] | Laudate Dominum | 5[gyorgy orbán] | Ad Nocturnum | 6[imant raminsh] | Ubi caritas | 7[daniel afonso jr.] | Samba Lelê | 8[alberto grau] | Kasar Mie La Gaji | And after the interval, a concert medley version of the musical "Les Miserables" which will be a story about some french people getting pissed with their lives and holding a rebellion together with some lovely little love story entangled inbetween.

btw, why dont you get a hearing aid? since cant hear anything. either that or INVEST in good speakers, $100 plus so dont tell me you cant afford those

Ok, I've been reading posts from years ago & I just want to say this: it's true we didn't do very well and we KNOW it. tickets weren't selling well, we weren't in good spirits. however, despite whatever people were saying, we managed to pull the best out when we had to. I felt good singing during SYF, more so than during this concert and guess what? We got Gold with Honours then, a few months before this concert.

This isn't the best eg of our singing but we till rocked it when we needed to.

i understand that you posed this comment two years ago, and i am not from this choir at all - but, they ARE an audition group and they are considered one of the elite SECONDARY SCHOOL choirs in singapore. these kids were only 13-16 then, which shows incredible technical training with some lapses in between. it's a concert, and they did well.
