It's about 3-4 minutes into any recording. I wish I had an entire orchestra to back me up. But it's just me in my home with my parlor grand, Erik Maurice. (Yeah, I named it after Satie and Ravel.)

  • Hey, I was listening to this piece in my car and this section hit me like a sledgehammer, WOW! I googled "4 minutes into Rach 2" and got here. I love that you posted this video.

    Something about that segment seems so mathematically precise, and yet full of chaos. It is as though it climbs to the top and then suddenly breaks into a thousand pieces and then the pieces are falling to the ground.
