@tantzer I'm getting the impression that the ex-husband had a lot of money. I think that's why the decision was made. I don't agree that kids should be obligated to support their parents. The grandmother is a bitch, and deserves nothing.

The mother, aside from being racist, is also manipulative, overbearing, and heavily into guilt-tripping her daughter. It's interesting that Russian law requires that children support elderly parents. I think it's a good law. I wonder what the monthly minimum-wage in Russia is.
