since, I am learnign to kayak these videos are great. Am I seeing correctly that the hips play a part in this stroke?

Better straight arm technique is shown in my recent video entitled "Forward Sweep Stroke for Kayaking"
Making it look easy...thanks for the easy....NOTE: ARMS ARE STRAIGHT!
