i have the supersport 1000 ds,its been reliable for the two years i have owned it,if you maintain them including the belts,theirs no reason why they cant do 100k miles,these bikes are unique,i mean look at them,class,:)

All Ducs only have 2 cil, except the Desmicedici

I think you mean 4 valve. In which case I agree with you. The 2 valve motors are a bit more reliable considering they aren't as performance oriented.

they are pretty reliable. i find them more reliable then the 4 cillinder ducs.

now i have an honda VTR SP or RC51. Its the best two cilinders bike in the world.
Its HRC, its my favourite bike. My last Ducati have more electrical errors, and bad components.
Now i have a HRC, a perfect machine.
