i just got my orders to go to hs-7. i graduate in two weeks. i was wondering if you know how long AD C school is and what does hs-7 mostly do. i was told they do alot of drug ops. and i have done some research on line and i noticed that they go to Canada a lot and also do a lot of training evolutions with ships.

@scherfner I do not know how long your C school will be. HS-7 does mostly what you see in this video. CSAR-Combat Search and Rescue, SAR-overwater Search and Rescue, ASW-Antisubmarine Warfare, and ASUW-Antisurface Warfare. They deploy on carriers out of Norfolk, VA. They will do small detachments to Fallon, NV and Andros Island, Bahamas. Good Luck in school. AWRCS Brown

Talk to a Navy Recruiter. You want to be an Aircrewman (AWS). You will also have to go to Rescue Swimmer School.
