Eloysa Vasquez, born with a severe bone disorder and weighing only 38 pounds, gave birth to a healthy baby boy in early 2006 at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Her one-in-a-million delivery was guided by James Smith, MD, clinical associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology, and a maternal fetal medicine specialist. This footage shows Eloysa, husband Roy, and baby Timothy in the neonatal intensive care unit at Packard Children's.

Roy says, " that he is twice blessed with his wife and son. " He couldn't have said it better. Timothy was born Jan 24, 2006. He has had a big birthday party every year.
