Yep. I know it looks weird but it really lightens things up. Try it.

@davidujsce Man, accents are tough. The Americans think i have a British accent and the Brits think I have an American accent. Not being a native speaker my accent seems to change weekly. Sometimes I think I should just speak with a natural Brazilian accent to make things easier.

Im here in the US. I was wondering what type of meat you suggest that would be easily available here. Obviously I cant get one or two of the meats you had suggested. Thank you!

@GABRIELJACMEL But but but but I did! It's a shot around 1:53. Check it out. Of course here in the UK you can just empty the bag straight into the pan as the supermarket brands are super clean.

can you fry the meat instead of boiling it?

@serichejr Most of the meat in a feijoada is salted. You need to boil it to remove the salt. But if you're using fresh cuts of pork, sure... just fry them and them add them into the beans to get the flavouring.

Where did you learn your English, mate? I'm Brazilian myself and I never could see any foreigner who spoke the English Language like me or you. I am quite glad I've found someone...
By the way, it is quite hard to find the ingredients here in the UK. So I need to kinda "improvise". I made a feijoada yesterday just for me... And ate like a pig. And will keep eating it till the end of the week.
You know. You get used to tinned food and a feijoada really is a bit of a kick.
Cheers from the UK.

@vitormangraviti I wish I could claim to be a linguistic genius but it has been 21 years since I moved to the UK.
Nothing wrong to eat feijoada like a pig. It's one of those dishes. I myself always allow some sleeping time for my guests after a feijoada. You see them passing out in sofas all over your living room and garden!
