My ko4-20 GTi on the dyno. Final numbers were:
run 1. 232whp - 260wtrq
run 2. 213whp - 332wtrq
run 3. 223whp - 343wtrq

hey question, i have a stock turbo charger on my 02 gti (k03s) i was looking at the k04 turbo chargers on ebay and they are all for audi a4s and passats, would anyone know if they are compatible for my car and if so would it need any additional parts thanks,

@sipahi61 If you buy a ko4-20 turbo charger and lines, all you would need is to get is an audi tt exhaust manifold, turbo inlet pipe and ko4-20 programming(i had revo).

@sipahi61 The ko4-20 is OEM from an audi tt 1.8t 225hp. I bought a ko4-20 from Pro-Imports for around 2500 bucks. That included Turbo, Lines, Turbo inlet pipe, chip tuning, injectors, fpr, tt manifold. I then added a 3" side exhaust and BF side mount intercooler and hard pipes. Basicly you can get all the hardware minus intake and exhaust from the audi dealer or used off an audi tt 225. Piecing together yourself would be cheaper.

So to install a k04-20 you do not need an audi tt 2.5 down pipe?

impressive wtq but the whp seems low. right after i got water/meth in my 20th and took it to the dyno it reached 221 whp 270 wtq on the stock ko3s turbo

@sipahi61 you can get a k04-001 from apr stock bolt on but its like 1500 and some for it
