It probably depends on which area or side of the auditorium you were seated and the mixing as well. You can check the other video of this same song and comes out loud and clear especially Arnel's vocals.

His voice is clear here i do not know why on concert,instruments were louder than on his voice,I kept on saying he has a soft voice over the instruments,but how come in this vid clip was amazing!
