it means something like: i didn't make it yet, she means shes still anorexic and she isn't cured yet.. ;)

i read in a book that it means the singer (omg, forgot her name!) is still fighting the "i'm ugly" syndrome everyday. it means that all though her outlook in life and self-esteem has definitely improved, she is still sometimes tempted to feel sorry for herself.

Its a hard battle long and painful like any addiction you may fall off the wagon but the key is to never give up live life eat be healthy you have to want that you have to want to change for the better,this brings tears to my eyes cause I know I have been there and I feel for those suffering with this
